A: NCLEX Gateway is a support service for internationally trained nurses seeking U.S. licensure, as well as nurses training here in the U.S. We guide you through credential evaluation, state board application, NCLEX exam registration, and beyond. We also offer licensure support even to those who have not completed the training program, or who completed a very long time ago.
A: Any nurse who wants to become licensed in the U.S. can use our services — whether you're just starting out or stuck in the middle of the process.
A: No, you can begin the process from your home country. We've had many of our clients who were based overseas and completed all pre-exam steps remotely.
A: Generally, you'll need:
- Nursing school transcripts. If you don't have them, that's not an issue. We will take care of it professionally
- Proof of nursing license (if applicable)
- Passport or valid ID
- Proof of English proficiency (in some cases)
We’ll guide you on exactly what to submit based on your country and target state. If you don't have some of these items listed here, not to worry at all. We have a way around that. Just contact us and let's discuss the details.
A: This is a process where an agency (like CGFNS, CES, IERF, etc.) reviews your nursing education to determine if it meets U.S. standards. We help you pick the right agency and prepare all documents properly. We will completely handle the credential evaluation process for you.
A: Each state has different requirements. We help you choose the best fit based on your education, language, and immigration goals.
A: Yes! The NCLEX is offered in many countries through Pearson VUE. We’ll help you find your nearest testing center and schedule your exam.
A: You can retake it. We offer personalized support to help you understand what went wrong, improve your study strategy, and reapply confidently. However, this is mostly for people who failed before getting in contact with us. Once you get in contact with us and use our services, there's no talk of failure. We have been doing this since 2006 with 100% success.
A: While we don’t directly offer tutoring, we recommend trusted prep providers and help create a customized study plan for you. We also have a variety of options that would not even require you going through tutoring or coaching classes.
A: Yes! We work with recruiting partners and immigration experts to connect licensed nurses with employment and sponsorship opportunities (optional service).
A: We don’t process visas ourselves, but we connect you with licensed U.S. immigration attorneys and sponsoring employers.
